Designed by award-winning architecture firm Studio Gang and developed by Tishman Speyer, MIRA is an iconic addition to the San Francisco skyline. As smart as it is beautiful, this striking, forward-thinking building redefines luxury for the city.

A fully guided sales gallery experience, Mira includes a four display feature wall, a four display video wall, and a physical building model with lighting integration in the center of the space. Six iPads, controlled by sales agents, can be used to send content to any display in the room allowing for dynamic discussions while viewing plans, views, and amenity spaces. Units can be illuminated on the physical building model. New buyers to the site can also be registered through the same iPads agents use to control the entire experience.

iPad

Six iPad controllers can be used to filter plans, views, select gallery assets, and locations on the neighboudhood map.
Any of this content can then be sent to one of 4 display groups in the sales gallery.

Feature Wall

The feature wall is made up of four displays, but controlled as three groups: far left, and far right , and the center two.
When they are not in use, they display content that spans across all four displays.

Video Wall

The video wall is comprised of four displays in a two by two configuration. They act as one, displaying content on different quadrants for plans. The combination shows a large plan, the units view, and it's location in the building on a floor plate. Content can also be sent to span across all four displays at once, including large plans, views, and gallery renders.
